NAB Colorist Mixer tickets are selling fast!

Last week pre-sales of Colorist Mixer tickets was the strongest EVER in our 7 year history. Fully 50% of available tickets sold out before they opened to the general public this past Thursday.

We then kicked up the number of available tickets by 25% - and by the time you read this most of those will be gone (and we're crunching the numbers this weekend to see if we can add another 50 tickets for sale...).

If you want to attend the NAB Colorist Mixer and meet your fellow color-managing professional and aspiring peers - then click the link below now before it goes to the Wait List:

Visit the Mixer Registration Page: ColoristMixer-NAB2019.eventbrite.com

Full details of the event are on the registration page. And don't worry if you don't know anybody - that's the perfect reason to attend!

See you next Sunday (as NAB rapidly approaches).

Happy Grading!

Sunday Fun(nies)
Random thoughts, tidbits, and fun stuff that caught my attention this week. Maybe it's color grading related. Maybe not. Ya got'ta read to the end of the Newsletter to find out.

"Using the schlieren photography technique, NASA was able to capture the first air-to-air images of the interaction of shockwaves from two supersonic aircraft flying in formation." The colorized images are interesting. The original monochromatic image is stunning.

Honestly? This article is in here for one person: the Tao Treasurer. She is tasked with this project over the next two months and this makes a good starting point.

Th- th- th- that's all folks! See you next week!
