If you plan on running this entire bundle on a single Mac laptop, it takes a bit of doing to get it set up.
Virtual Forge (the pattern generator) is Mac-only, while the CalMAN Color Checker Software requires a Windows computer. These two computers are meant to talk to each other during the calibration process. The cool thing, you can do all this using a single Mac laptop.
Having gone through getting both of these apps running simultaneously on a single Mac laptop, I can affirm that setup is less than intuitive (and also requires the purchase of Windows virtualization software). In September I promised you a blog post to walk you through, each step of the way, helping you to get it working in a fraction of the time it took me.
Today, at the end of October, I can confirm that blog post has yet to appear.
Now that my schedule has finally offered me a pause, I can state: It'll be posted next week.
